I have been photographing the Costa del Sol since 1999 — long enough to know how the light moves over Sierra Blanca at 8 AM in January, which villas in Nueva Andalucía look best from above, and how to make a small restaurant in Estepona feel like the kind of place a magazine would feature. The work is split across five disciplines that rarely overlap but always feed into each other.
Most of my work is real estate photography for agencies, developers and private owners selling or renting properties from Puerto Banús to Sotogrande. I shoot full villas, apartments, townhouses and new developments — interiors, exteriors, pools, gardens, twilights, and the aerial drone shots that make a listing actually stand out on Idealista, Fotocasa or international portals like Rightmove and James Edition.

I arrive on time with all the gear. Apartments take 1–2 hours, villas 2–3. Twilight and drone happen at the right moment, not whenever. I do my own light setup.
Selection, exposure blending where needed, colour correction, lens corrections, sky replacement only when impossible to reshoot. Delivered in 24–48 hours via private download.
You get one round of minor edits included (re-crop, slight colour shift, retouch a specific element). Major redos are rare because the brief is clear from step one.
