Google Ads, GA4 and SEO for real estate agencies, tourism operators and service businesses across the Costa del Sol.

I manage Google Ads accounts from setup to daily operation — keyword research, campaign structure, ad copy, bid strategy, conversion tracking and monthly reporting. No agency overhead, no markup on ad spend. You pay Google directly; I charge a flat management fee.

Most clients come to me after running Google Ads themselves or through a generic agency and not seeing results. The usual problem is broad match keywords eating budget, broken conversion tracking and no negative keyword list. I fix the structure first, then optimize.

SEO is built into every website I build, but I also do standalone SEO audits, content strategies and GEO optimisation (AI-ready content for LLMs and generative search). If you need organic traffic alongside paid, both can run from the same brief.

How much do you charge to manage Google Ads?
I charge a flat monthly management fee based on account complexity — not a percentage of ad spend. This means I have no incentive to push you to spend more. Minimum budget to make Google Ads viable on the Costa del Sol is around €500/month in ad spend.
Do you also manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads?
My focus is Google Ads and SEO — that is where I get the most consistent results for Costa del Sol businesses. For Meta Ads I can do the strategy and setup, but ongoing Meta management is not my core service.
How long before I see results from Google Ads?
A well-structured campaign can show results within the first 2–4 weeks. The first month is mostly data collection. By month 2–3 you have enough signal to optimise bids, cut waste and scale what works.
Can you fix an existing account or do you need to rebuild from scratch?
I always start with an audit. Many accounts can be fixed without a full rebuild — removing waste, fixing tracking and restructuring ad groups. I only recommend a full rebuild when the existing structure is fundamentally broken.
